Before Shipping
K A D R I K A products are made to the person who ordered it and are handmade. There are also some samples, which are made for photo shootings with a model.
Handmade takes time to produce your order, so please note it before ordering.
• Orders are usually shipped within 3 - 8 business days
• Busier times it takes 1 - 2 weeks
• Samples and scarves will be shipped on the next business day

Shipping Address
All orders are shipped to the address provided in checkout. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
Shipment tracking
When the order is completed and shipped, you will receive the e-mail with a tracking number and order details. We use the e-mail that you used to create your account.
Standard shipping with tracking is provided by Spanish Royal postal service that is called Correos. You can use tracking, with the unique tracking number, to check the status of your delivery on the homepage of the Correos at any time.
Tracking might not be available in some countries after the crossing of the Spanish border.
Shipping Cost & time
• The shipping cost is included to the product price for the shipments to Eurozone countries - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
• The shipping cost is included to the product price for the shipments to European Union member countries - Denmark, Poland, Sweden
• Shipment cost of the order is calculated separately in checkout area for UK & Switzerland.
All products are shipped from Sitges, Spain.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
Please note, shipping time is an estimate only. Sometimes orders may take longer to arrive. K A D R I K A cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, holidays, service interruptions, customs delays, accidents, erroneous address, etc.
If you don’t receive your order within 14 days, please write to us, and we will start the investigation process with our post office.
If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time allotted by the carrier, or if any customer refuses to accept the products on delivery, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning products to us.
Customs & Import taxes
only for UK & Switzerland
Customer/recipient from UK & Switzerland is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend contacting your local customs for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days after the delivery.
We do not accept order cancellations.
Please contact us before ordering with any questions about colours, sizing or other concerns. We are more than happy to help with sizing to ensure that you will be with your order.
However, if the item doesn’t fit as you had hoped or the fabric is not as you imagined, please e-mail us, and we will do everything that is possible to make it right.

Await for our response. Please do not ship the item back to us until we have responded via e-mail for all the details of the process.

Once confirmed by email - ship items back to us within 14 days after the delivery.
Please purchase a shipping method with “tracking” from your post office. And please send us the tracking number via e-mail. The cheapest, no“tracking” shipping services, have usually very long shipping times and are sometimes lost on the way.

Once your item/s arrive back to us, we will contact you to arrange an exchange or a refund.
Please note that shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense, and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. K A D R I KA reserves the right to refuse to offer refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable.

Customized orders (shorter length, personalized items) can’t be returned or exchanged
Only garments with added extra length can be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. When approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
